We offer fee guarantees when we are retained by a client and we never increase fees or perform work which would result in additional charges without our client’s approval.

While we believe that providing actuarial services for a reasonable fee is important, we believe that it is equally important to provide our clients with timely service.  Therefore, we guarantee that the actuarial valuation will be ready when our  client needs it, with the requirement that we have all participant data and the audited asset information.

If you are interested in having Southern Actuarial provide services to your pension plan, we want to make it as risk-free as possible.  To this end, you do not pay for our services unless you are completely satisfied.  You can release Southern Actuarial as your actuary at any time with no further obligation and no termination fees.
